Welp, I just had the BEST weekend in Santa Barbara and it got me so excited to bring you my next set of house rental suggestions – the Best VRBO in Southern California. While Northern has the best VRBO for winter, Southern has the best VRBO for summer! (in my opinion).
Road trips are becoming more plentiful as the weeks pass and the nature of COVID-19 prolongs, preventing us from taking trips abroad. What I’ve discovered is that even though we can’t travel to these exotic places, we can still travel in luxury and style while maintaining our distance and feeling comfortable in another home.
Booking our trips through VRBO & Airbnb are the trendiest and smartest way to travel right now, so I wanted to provide you a slew of gorgeous places you can stay and save you the hassle of researching. I’ve listed a combo of my personal favorite towns + those ideal, sought-out, SoCal destinations.
Here are the best VRBO in southern California:
Los Angeles Area
LA – where you can find the ultimate California vibes. The sun really is always shining and you can’t help but be in a good mood every time you walk outside. All my LA friends always seem to be living the life there and it’s clear why. There’s so much energy, plenty of activities to do and landmarks to see. It’s the best combination of city and beach!
I actually had such a hard time finding VRBOs that were up to my standards and didn’t have a large minimum stay, so here are the hidden gems I found:
